Matthew works on Facebook's Platform Operations team based in Dublin. He's one of the guys who work on the Forums and in Bugzilla trying to deal with the deluge of support requests and bug reports their team deals with on a daily basis. If you've filed a bug in Facebook's Bugzilla instance, or asked a question on the forum, you may already have worked with him.

Andy is the MD and co-founder of enteraction, a wholly owned subsidiary of the etv media group. He built the business to help brands, broadcasters and media owners capitalise on the fast-growing social gaming market. Andy joined the etv media group from web services agency, Lightmaker, where he held the position of UK Managing Director and led major client acquisitions including projects for Sony, Innocent Drinks, Café Direct, Manchester United, Ikea, David Beckham and Adobe.

Bart is responsible for optimizing direct-to-consumer revenue channels and partnerships for PopCap in Europe. Having previously held the role of Director of PopCap.com, his current role involves social network product planning and management, optimizing online spend, and digital distribution. He is a trend specialist for social and online business including: natural and paid-search ad networks, monetizing social network applications and marketing spend, and analytics platforms.

Dan is Common Technology Lead at Playfish, where he is responsible for the core technology underpinning Playfish's range of games on the Facebook platform and beyond. As the lead developer and designer for Pet Society, Dan helped to make the game one of Playfish's most popular titles, enjoyed by over 80 million players worldwide.

Dave Nattriss

Dave is a freelance web developer and consultant with his company natts.com, building sites since 1995 and London-based since 2001. He specialises in projects for individuals and companies in the media (artists, publications, merchandising, television productions, digital marketing and more), and is a Facebook power-user and evangelist, as well as a Facebook developer. Dave is currently FDGL’s secretary.

Fabio is Technical Director at Reply. His work is focused on helping brands transition leverage all form of digital channels. He is interested in mobile, social media, agile methods and is a known bookworm.

Geoff is our Treasurer. He's responsible for financing each of our events, which would not be possible without the long term support of our awesome sponsors. Geoff joined the committee in October 2007 shortly after the Facebook Platform was launched. He designed and created the first eCommerce application on Facebook and has advised some of the world's biggest brands on their approach to social commerce, a.k.a. 'f-commerce'. He trades as SocialMediaGuy.co.uk.

Heather is currently researching how knowledge of social network structure can drive application and content optimisation. Heather has been actively involved with the forefront of technology research for many decades, first as an academic researcher in natural language processing and electronic document design, and later as widely respected industry analyst.
